Residents are responsible for setting up electric service directly with ComEd and internet/cable directly with Comcast. Residents are responsible for set up with these companies prior to move-in. All other utilities, including water, gas, and sewer, are rebilled through RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing System) and set up by the management office.

The following Cable/Internet providers are available at our community: Comcast Xfinity. For more information, please contact the leasing office.

" Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 6th. You may pay your rent online by visiting our resident portal. If you have further questions, you may contact our leasing office team."

Our apartment homes do not come furnished, but we can refer you to CORT for furniture rentals.

The closest parking options at our community include both reserved and unreserved spaces located in the attached 217 W Washington public garage, which is managed by IPARKIT. Additional fees will apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Yes! Our community offers a variety of amenities for residents to enjoy, including an outdoor swimming pool, steam rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, yoga studio, and conference rooms. Shared spaces include a resident social lounge, library, and a beautifully landscaped garden terrace designed for relaxation and socializing. Our community welcomes guests! Residents are responsible for and must accompany their guests in their apartments and throughout all common areas. For any guest restrictions, please refer to your lease agreement or contact our leasing office team. Don’t forget to ask about our onsite Guest Suite!
